Overview
As Process Specialist (and previously Senior Process Executive) at Infosys BPM Poland, I lead credit and cash-collection analytics for a multinational client. The work includes building reporting dashboards, automating recurring reports and producing process-improvement analyses over large financial datasets in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
